Tic-Tac-Toe Game

Description:

In this lesson, students will need to analyze the construction of 'Tac-Toe Game' and make their own design in XCS. It will include some pieces with different motifs, a 3x3 board with grid lines. In this project, students need to explore and control some functions related to graphic sequences, and knowledge about laser engraving and cutting learned in the previous courses, such as parameter setting.

By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

  • Mastering the use and meaning of 'Align, Arrange and Reflect' in XCS
  • Know the location and usage of 'Auto-snapping' in settings
  • Explore the use and implications of 'Smart Fill'
  • Understand how to use the 'Group' function in batch engraving
