mBot: The Mind of a Robot (Part 1) (Grade 3-4)
Description
In this lesson students will learn about what a robot is. They will be introduced to the “sensory system” that might help a robot communicate with a human. Students will explore the basic structure of the sensory system, the concept of programming, and the difference between programming languages and human languages.
Objectives
- Define the system of a machine in association with the human sensory system
- Demonstrate an understanding of how humans communicate with machines
- Understand the basics of a programming language
